- Manage your money effectively: You'll be better equipped to save, avoid debt, and reach your financial goals.

Budgeting
Budgeting is the cornerstone of financial health. It's a roadmap for your money, outlining where your income comes from and where it goes.
Key Budgeting Concepts:
- Income: Start by tracking your total income from all sources (salary, freelance work, side hustles, etc.). Be sure to use your net income (what's left after taxes and deductions).
- Expenses: Categorize your spending. Common categories include housing, transportation, food, utilities, debt payments, entertainment, and savings.
- Fixed Expenses: These are recurring costs that stay mostly the same each month (rent, mortgage, car payments, insurance).
- Variable Expenses: These costs fluctuate (groceries, dining out, entertainment, clothing).
